Terms of service
Last updated 5 November 2026
These terms apply when you create a Pipeluma workspace or use the service. By using Pipeluma you agree to them. If you use Pipeluma for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf. Questions go to hello@pipeluma.com.
1. The service
Pipeluma helps you find companies that match what you sell, find and check business contacts, write emails from the evidence it finds, place them in your own mailbox as drafts, and follow replies and your pipeline. Pipeluma is in active development: features may change, and we will tell you about changes that matter.
2. Your account
- Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has access.
- Give accurate information about yourself and your company.
- You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including actions by people you invite.
3. Your responsibilities when contacting people
Pipeluma prepares emails; you decide whether to send them. You are the sender and you are responsible for each email you send, including through automatic sending if you switch it on. In particular you agree to:
- comply with the email marketing, anti-spam and data protection laws that apply to you and to each recipient, including the rules of countries that require prior consent;
- contact people only in their professional capacity and about something relevant to their role;
- identify yourself truthfully, keep the opt-out line in every email, and honour every opt-out;
- read each email before sending it; AI-written text can be wrong, and you are responsible for what you send;
- not use Pipeluma for bulk unsolicited email, deception, harassment, or anything illegal.
Pipeluma shows the cold-email rule for each country as a product safeguard. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace your own legal review.
4. Your Gmail connection
When you connect a mailbox, you authorise Pipeluma to use it as described in our privacy policy and on our security page. You can disconnect it at any time. Your use of Gmail remains subject to Google's own terms.
5. Credits and plans
- A credit is used when a contact reaches Verified or Likely after Pipeluma's checks. A credit used on an address that later bounces is refunded.
- During the free beta, every workspace receives 300 credits. Paid plans and their prices are shown on the pricing page and apply once billing opens; we will tell you before you are charged anything.
- Verified and Likely are our best assessment from the checks we run. We cannot guarantee that every address will deliver or that a person still holds a role.
6. Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, access another workspace, resell Pipeluma data as a list, or use it to build a competing database. We may suspend a workspace that puts others at risk, and we will explain why.
7. Your data and ours
Your content, including your profiles, notes and the emails you write, stays yours. You give us the rights needed to run the service for you. Pipeluma, its software and its index of public company data remain ours. Our privacy policy explains how personal data is handled.
8. Availability
We work to keep Pipeluma available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is during the beta, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or of specific results such as replies or meetings.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Pipeluma is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or for emails you choose to send. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Pipeluma and ask us to delete your workspace at any time. We may end the agreement if you seriously breach these terms. When it ends, we delete your workspace data as described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect. If you keep using Pipeluma after that, the new terms apply.
