From one paragraph to a checked lead in your Gmail
Pipeluma does the slow part of outbound: finding the companies, the right person and a working address, then writing a first email from what it found. You keep the part that matters: reading it and pressing Send.
Describe your business once, in plain words
Write a paragraph about your product and who buys it. Pipeluma turns it into a profile that describes the buyer, not you, and lists every assumption it made so you can correct it.
- ✓The countries to start with, ranked first but never a filter
- ✓Company size, roles to contact, and the job titles they post when they need you
- ✓Your proof points: the only facts an email is allowed to claim
Company size 50 to 1,000: big enough to hire every month, small enough that HR is one to five people.
Companies that match, with dated evidence
Pipeluma searches its own index of public company data and tops it up live: registers, startup directories, job boards and company websites. Each company gets a fit score, and every reason behind it carries its source and the date it was seen.
- ✓Fresh signals count most: an open role from this week beats a funding round from 2021
- ✓Home markets come first, the rest of the world follows
- ✓No bought lists and no scraped social profiles
Sample data. Fictional company.
The right person, from the company's own pages
Pipeluma reads team and about pages, and the Impressum that German, Austrian and Swiss companies must publish, to find the people who decide. It picks the roles you chose and skips lawyers, agencies and data-protection contacts.
- ✓Managing directors from the Impressum, founders from team pages
- ✓First names alone are dropped: a person without a surname cannot be checked
- ✓Registers and startup directories confirm the person is current
Brightwell Logistik GmbH · Geschäftsführer: Jonas Becker · Registergericht München
Five checks before a credit is spent
An address is only worth something if it reaches a person. Pipeluma checks the company, the mail server, the person, the address pattern and the mailbox itself, then labels the result in plain words.
- ✓Verified: the mail server accepted this exact address
- ✓Likely: the person is confirmed and the pattern fits, on a server that accepts everything
- ✓If the first pattern is rejected, the others are tried before giving up
Short, specific, in the reader's language
Pipeluma writes a first email and two follow-ups from the evidence on the lead and your proof points, nothing else. German readers get formal German, French readers French, everyone else English or Spanish.
- ✓No invented customers, numbers or results
- ✓No filler such as 'I hope this finds you well', no placeholders
- ✓You can edit every word before it goes to Gmail
Maya
It lands in your drafts. You press Send.
One click puts the email in your own Gmail drafts, with your signature and the legal footer. You read it there, change anything, and send it yourself. Pipeluma notices, and brings the follow-up back when it is due.
- ✓Follow-ups three and five days later, as replies in the same thread
- ✓A daily limit per mailbox keeps your domain out of spam folders
- ✓Prefer automatic sending? Switch it on in Settings, it is off by default
Replies sorted, pipeline kept up to date
Pipeluma reads the replies to the threads it started, sorts them and updates the lead. Interested replies become tasks, an unsubscribe stops everything at once, and a bounce refunds the credit.
- ✓Any human reply upgrades the contact to Verified: a reply is the best proof there is
- ✓Statuses reflect what happened: contacted means sent, replied means they answered
- ✓Rules you can read, all written to the log, plus notes, tasks and full history on every lead
